20-Cents, 1858 (Victoria)
Coins weigh 4.67 grams with a diameter of 23.27 mm and have a composition of .925 silver, .075 copper.
The Province of Canada decided to issue a twenty cent instead of a twenty-five cent coin in 1858. This move was very unpopular due to the confusion it caused with the US and later the Canadian twenty-five cents. One year type, date side usually a weak strike.
